Alan Schuster holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the City University of New York. He has worked as a research chemist in quality control and product development for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. In 1973, Alan was one of the founders and owners of Hydrology Laboratories, which became a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals for pools and spas. When Hydrology was acquired by Aqua Clear in 1991, Alan came on board as our Technical Specialist. Some of Alan's professional accomplishments include: the development of computerized water analysis in 1974, and the formulation of many unique pool and spa products. Alan has also been a speaker at several NSPI trade show technical sessions. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
